Kayak Rental Terms

There is a 3 day minimum for kayak rental reservations

A deposit equal to 50% of the Kayak Rental Price is required to reserve your kayak

We understand that sometimes plans need to change. Please read and understand the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations must be in writing

There is a $30 per kayak administration charge applied to all cancellations.
Upon receipt of written notice of cancellation, the balance of your reservation fee will be refunded according to the following schedule:
Cancellations greater than 8 days notice are fully refunded less the administration fee
Cancellations with less than 8 days notice and no shows are charged the full rental rate

By making a reservation and providing your card number, you agree/acknowledge this policy and authorize Island Outfitters, LLC to charge the amount owed as stated above.

These policies may be waived at the sole discretion of Island Outfitters for certain unavoidable circumstances.
